International Scientific Conference “Justice, Security, and Human Rights” (ICJSHR-LFUL 2025)
On May 8, 2025, on the eve of Europe Day and the National Day of Justice, the Faculty of Law at Luarasi University successfully organized the International Scientific Conference “Justice, Security, and Human Rights” (ICJSHR-LFUL 2025). Holding this conference on such a symbolic date highlights Luarasi University’s strong commitment to European values, the rule of law, and fundamental human rights.
The conference brought together over 142 participants from Albania, the region, and European Union countries, including renowned scholars, field experts, representatives of national and international institutions, and academics from prestigious universities, creating a multidisciplinary platform for dialogue and professional exchange.
With 95 scientific papers presented, the conference was marked by a wide range of topics and a high academic standard. The organization of this conference underscores Luarasi University’s active role as a higher education institution that promotes scientific research and fosters collaborative bridges with key academic and institutional actors both domestically and internationally.
This conference represents not only a significant event in the university’s academic calendar but also a clear expression of the university’s ongoing commitment to supporting the development of justice and Albania’s European integration.
